
WHO WE ARE
Suena Perú was born with the goal of producing cinematographic and audiovisual works with an authorial vision and the potential for international co-production.
Among her most recent productions, we can highlight the feature-length fiction film "SUIZA," a debut feature by María Fernanda Gonzales, a Peru-Argentina co-production. She has also been selected at the following festivals: Bolivia Lab, the Ibero-American Audiovisual Project Development Course (CDPAI) of the Carolina Foundation and the Ibermedia Program, and the Co-production Forum of the MAFIZ section of the Málaga Film Festival. She is currently in post-production.
We have in advanced development "Se busca inquilinos", the debut feature film by María Paz Barragán, a Peru-Spain co-production that has been through different laboratories such as Fantasolab in Colombia, selected in the CDPAI 2024, Selected in Iberseries Platino Industria, in the Co-production Forum of the MAFIZ section of the Malaga Festival, and was also one of the projects invited by the San Sebastian Festival to the Proyecta section in Ventana Sur.
And, "Alegre y Olé", Clara Santaolaya's debut feature, a Spain-Peru co-production, has been selected for Ventana CineMad, Torino Film Lab Extended, EFM Coproduction Market, Coproduction Forum of the Toronto International Film Festival, Ventana Sur-Punto Género, London International Screenwriting Contest, Producer Meets Producers, Dones Visuals, Promercat VLC, Mostra de Valencia, Guion Lab Cinefilia in Colombia, Aceleradora Canaria de Cine, CIIF Market and Extremadura Film Residency. Filming is planned for February-March 2026.
We are currently in pre-production on the feature films "Cuarzo" by Daniel Ortiz Entrambasaguas, a Spanish-Peruvian co-production, which will begin filming in August-September of this year; and "Un hombre en un puente" by David Martín de los Santos, a project with a long history and confirmed funding from the Andalusian Regional Government, the ICAA, and Canal Sur, among others. This film will be filmed in October and November 2025.
